I found an interesting article through the people at Haveyouheard, a South African WOM agency. Through their blog I checked out a cool presentation on Slideshare called What the F@$& is Social Media?, watched a youtube video describing Social Media in Plain English and found Paul Marsden’s blog post listing 10 companies that are doing a great job using social media to improve their business.
