Calling account managers who have a hunger to learn and grow! Ideally, you have a qualification in marketing and communications and 2 – 5 years experience in a digital and/or TTL agency.
Areas of key responsibility include
Day to day management of multiple client relationships.
Working with clients on new and existing briefs.
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services and drive revenue targets.
Writing briefs and ensuring that these are delivered against.
Daily management of projects, both internally and externally, within budgets and timelines.
Scoping projects and managing delivery against budget.
Overseeing the issuing of CEs, receipt of POs, delivery of work and invoicing and payment receipting as required.
Interpreting insight tools.
Completion of all monthly and campaign reporting.
Ensuring necessary reports are complete, checked and approved before being sent to client.
Proactively researches industry trends and brand knowledge to increase strategic understanding of client brands.
Identifying strategic opportunities to drive revenue.
Contributing to the development of Digital/TTL plans, aligned with client strategy.
2 – 5 years client service experience in an agency environment, preferably digital.
Experience in Marketing.
Relevant tertiary qualification, aligned to Marketing, Media, Communications.
Broad understanding of BTL, ATL, TTL, Digital and new technology in marketing.
Able to review campaign results, identify improvements.
Understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
Good project management skills.
