This position in leadership is of high importance to Gorilla. This position comes with the freedom to create what you dream, and being responsible for your team. The ability to direct and head a team of incredible minds should be second nature. Experience is key, along with passion and knowledge of Digital and TTL thinking on multiple brands. 


Help define a creative vision or strategy (innovation & evolution) for accounts.

Manage creative outputs according to this vision.

In-depth knowledge of all CI requirements & digital collateral elements.

Be aware of all projects in production relating to their accounts.

Conduct brainstorms & ideation activities to conceptualise campaigns with the team(s) involved.

Translate the brief & the strategic requirements into a compelling creative solution.

Direct the creative and design paradigm.

Review & vet work before an Executive Creative Director reviews it.

Assist in the planning of a project by defining production requirements, best approach, timings, content procurement lists, etc.

Work & manage outputs according to a project plan.

Troubleshoot & propose countermeasures or solutions as required.

Present concepts & work to clients.

Argue reasonings behind motivations, rationales & best practices.

Be wholly accountable for the performance of everyone in your team.

Assume a mentorship role to grow Junior, Mid-Weight and Senior Designers.

Develop and communicate industry-leading creative concepts.

Balance strategic development with client business objectives.

Effectively communicate and coordinate with writers and production artist ensuring visual design communicates the desired message.



A Portfolio of Work, CV and references.

Formal education/training.

Agency experience.

Proficient in MacOSX and Adobe creative suite.
